This is a columbian blacktail but not sure on sex

i have read that i actually brought eggs from them but not sure if this one is more golden than yellow. Thanks for replying what is your opinion?

Do you have a picture of the tail feathers? or fluff?

I would say you have a female due to how golden or yellow it is. Do you see any black anywhere on the chick? The male would have more defined black patches with the description based on the information from the web site link.

I cant see any black feathers anywhere.

I see no black at all so I am at a loss

but leaning toward it being a girl.
