Girls and boys are freaking out being seperated!

Are you trying have ducklings or not? If you don't want to have ducklings then I'd collect the eggs daily. Having them in the appropriate nest spot will not encourage them to lay more eggs, but may encourage them to lay in the desired spot, you can do this with round rocks, golf balls, fake eggs, but if you aren't trying to hatch ducklings I wouldn't leave eggs laying about, you then are inviting egg eating predators, at risk of a real stinker, or at risk of broken eggs.
That makes a lot of sense. No, I don't want more ducklings. We already have three girls under the house sitting on nests. I have no idea how many ducklings we will have by the end of this month! :jumpy I am trying to train these girls to come in the coop and lay. Once they figure that out then that can go back to free ranging during the day.

About the only way to control population explosion with Muscovy's get them to lay inside and take their eggs.

What do you think about letting the boys in with the girls? It would be 2 boys and 3 girls. Should I just let 1 boy in?

well... depends how well they get along, how hormonal they are, and how big the duck house is... Since there's a window you could throw in the drakes and observe and kick them out again if it's a problem...

They are pretty hormonal. It may be best to just let one Male in the coop so at least they won't fight. The other could stand guard outside.

And the duck house is 14x16 with roosting bars up high and some elevated nesting area and several nesting areas on floor.
