Yea, stupid waterers. Tonight, we turned them all over just before dark, so it'll be easier to put in liquid water in the morning. Its supposed to be a balmy 25 in the morning.

When she gets back, lets quiz her about how to do it properly.

LOL. We have one of those big, black plastic-rubber containers, and a metal thing you set in the water and it heats it consistantly. We also have a heat lamp. For the chickens, a heat lamp and one of those water bowls with a heater. If y'all have the same setup as ME, then you need the AK version. Worked down to -40. Oh and BTW we got a blizzard. Canceled school We lost power for like 1/2 second, and then lost all phone power but the computer & internet worked, just was grounded.
