A revolutionary concept for vegan cheeses with extraordinary flavor!

DESCRIPTION: "Artisan Vegan Cheese", by Miyoko Schinner (192 pages, paperback) Gourmet restaurateur and vegan food expert Miyoko Schinner shares her secrets for making homemade nondairy cheeses that retain all the complexity and sharpness of their dairy counterparts while incorporating nutritious nuts and plant-based milks. The process of culturing and aging the ingredients produces delectable vegan cheeses with a range of consistencies from soft and creamy to firm.
For readers who want to whip up something quick, Miyoko provides recipes for almost-instant ricotta and sliceable cheeses, in addition to a variety of tangy dairy substitutes, such as vegan sour cream, crème fraîche, and yogurt. For suggestions on how to incorporate vegan artisan cheeses into favorite recipes, Miyoko offers up delectable appetizers, entrées, and desserts, from Caprese Salad and classic Mac and Cheese to Eggplant Parmesan and her own San Francisco cheesecake.

Hey, the GOOSE IS HERE :D :D I L.O.V.E her. Like, LOVE. Shes sweet, small (for a goose) , got blue eyes, white, not sure on breed, but is good with humans. One prob. She HATES goats and dogs (i wish you could've seen her... She was hissing with her wings up and flew herself at Sass and Sass and the other goats are now scared of everything, lol, poor babies ), but the chicken coop is full (Chickens and pigeons do alright together) and she kept getting water everywhere when she tried to take a bath in the 5" deep water bowl

I'll go take a pic for y'all

Wow, enjoy the goose girl! She's clearly met some aggressive dogs before. Poor girl, hope she learns realy soon that they are friend and not foe.

How would I friendly-nize her to them? She bit Copper (australian cattle dog - red) on the nose, but he kinda deserved it, she was hissing and her mouth was really wide but he had his nose a cenimeter away from her beak so he should known better, but he sure is scared of her now...

Marty!! :D :D

I'm soo hungry right now. For dinner we're having steaks but they have been soaking in meat saucue since yesterday (we have plenty so we'll eat them day by day ) but they taste sooo good. You know their good when their green, too
