giving apple cider vinegar

Is regular store bought ACV better than nothing? There are no healthfood stores for miles....

Make sure it is made with real apples. You have to read the label.
Some of the vingers are artificial

There is no such thing as a metric gallon. They are two different measuring systems. A gallon is about 4 liters, and a quart is about 1 liter. Not the same, but close. The difference is not enough to worry about for ACV, or even for most recipes. I suspect you have a 5 gallon container, so that would be about 20 liters. Too lazy to look up the actual conversion....

There are 3 large towns within 25 miles of me, but there is nowhere in any of them where I can buy organic (with the mother) ACV, so I just use the grocery store stuff. I am sure organic would be better, but I figure this is better than nothing.

If anyone knows a good online source for the real thing, of course.....
