I just can't get it stabilized. I think I will go with what you said and turn that fan off. Me opening that box 3 times a day to turn should circulate enough air, right? It got too warm now, 103 F, so I bumped the dimmer down a notch. But now the humidity will be too low again. This is hard!! *lol* I already have a sponge and a pan of water under the grate where the eggs in their carton are on.
 
It seems to me like, with the fan off, the temp will be higher and so will the humidity with it turned down a bit. Has it stabalized any? Gotta love chocolate for getting through the hard stuff!!! LOL I just hope you are a coffee drinker!!! You will need it around hatch time!!!
