Giving injectable oxytetracycline my mouth..

Has anyone done this? I have a big bottle for our goats etc.. And lost one frizzle yesterday and have a few more sneezing today. I measured it down to 1/15 ml by mouth for a 2lb chicken
 
it has alcohol as a preservative in it though..
