Gizzard woms?

No not crop. Gizzard. Can feel it on underside it contracts hard but normally can only just find it. This seems a little distended maybe. Intestinal shedding I thought possible but why? It's a lot... crop def OK.

Impacted gizzard most likely, not much can be done. There are no worms in the above photo as @Wyorp Rock mentioned. It is shed intestinal lining. Gizzard worms are red in color and only about a 1/2 -1 inch long.
The intestinal shedding probably has something to do with her ascites aka waterbelly. Here's a link:
