GL Wyandotte: Roo?

If you look at the latest pics, you'll see some really dark, shiny red coming in on the wings and on the back right in front of the tail. The feathers on the back, in front of the tail are called saddle feathers and only roosters will have those. Roosters will typically have much flashier coloring and not necessarily as even in their coloring as a hen. He also has a very large, well developed comb and thick legs/big feet. His neck feathers (hackles) are starting to look pointy as well.

Well, I am heartbroken, but I did get more chicks than I needed just in case this happened.
I am a newbie and am trying to grasp everything you are all pointing out, but I did have a "feeling" anyhow. The feathers on this one are SO much shinier than the others, and the feet/legs are thicker. Not to mention the startling red comb we discovered early on. I was hoping it was just a breed difference.
Is there even a shadow of a doubt, or should I start finding an alternate home for this GLW? Roosters are illegal here, so I have to make provisions if it's definite......

Can some of you who know better please explain to me why this is a roo? The photo looks like hen coloring to me, but everyone seems to be saying boy. If it were a boy, wouldn't the red wing feathers be showing already? Or do GLW's have the lacing all throughout and then change later?
To me, it looks like a girl that's much older than 10 weeks. But I am new at this, and when I got my GLW roo, he was already 5 months old. thanks for the lesson, and to the OP, I hope it's a girl!

If you look at his hackle feathers they are pointy, also he's starting to get the pointy saddle feathers on his back and the infamous curl in the front of his tail feathers. His comb is WAY huge for his age. They do look like pullets for a while until the "rooster" feathers start growing in, which in this case, is starting to happen, you can also see a darkening of the feathers on his wings and in the front of his neck.

Thanks, I've only seen really poor quality GLW hens with the lacing very uneven, with dark splashes throughout. I use these gender/breed posts as a learning experience. :)

Just thought I would update you all... here are a few shots I took today. I don't think there's any doubt he's a roo, but correct me if anybody still thinks there's a slight chance. He doesn't act like a roo, but I am probably in denial. lol.
