Hi from Ga. 2x4 welded wire will work fine.

That's what I use on my turkey run.

Thank you for the info. But I've seen the osprey swoop down and pick up a mouse from the backyard and carry it away - they may prefer to eat fish - but the poor mouse was their meal one day.
