Hi folks. Since I stopped her antibiotic her appetite is finally MUCH better. She is now eating pellets for the last four days. She hadn't wanted them for three weeks. Now though she has developed an eye problem in her left eye. When she's busy it stays open but when at rest, not asleep, it looks like this. It's been noticeable for several days now. Any ideas? Some kind of irritant maybe? Have you use anything on it?

I started some ophthalmic ointment yesterday.

Hopefully that will help clear it up, you could also rinse it out with a saline solution then apply the ointment. In case she has something in there that’s irritating it.
