I love to get that firemountain catalog!! Gorgeous beads and loads of ideas. I also beloong to the Annie's Attic bead project of the month club..costs me about $21.00 a month for a nice kit to make whatever the project is, this month an abalone watch kit, one month a necklace and bracelet set....always first quality kits and I often make them and use them for kits..have had lots of compliments on the finished sets..you can find the info off the Annie's Attic sight. Glass bead hoarding is the same to me as yarn and fabric hoarding!! I love it and have some really nice beads. I like the lampwork the least though, they are too fragile for wearing and clunky/odd shaped normally, just me, but I like the faceted and/or flat beads from michaels the best....but then I make alot of christmas spiders and those seem to work well for that project. I make jewelry and order from Fire Mountain a lot. I mainly use semi-precious gems than glass, but I do love lampworked beads, beautiful! Check out etsy.com for lots of gorgeous handmade beads.
