“You have to look at this from my point of view,” Crow pleaded,” After everything Luna and I have been through we get home just to be questioned by strangers. Did anyone even tell them about us? Or had you already forgotten about us?”

Mitts walked ( not stumbled) out of her den. She was feeling much better now, but talking was still out of the question.

She noticed Crow and Luna were finally back, which was great. She hadn’t seen them in too long, she hadn’t even known if they had survived.

Some of the other wolves had been talking about killing someone, so that also encouraged her to go out. She needed something to think about, instead of thinking about how she couldn’t talk. That was just making her upset.
