(I prob got it wrong lol I think it's spelled wrack it means....well IDK exactly I mean I know how to use it but I'm not good at dictionary definitions! But anyways I mean he has a spasm of pain or something. Then they stick the syringe in him and Keith tells Rose they have to do an amputation. Would make most sense if the pain was in his legs mainly or concentrated there. We have to do that scene next time I'm online)
