Blizzard couldn't believe Iora had found him. Or, at least, almost found him

Iora arrived at the window where he was. She sniffed the glass wishing it would disappear

Blizzard sniffed the air. "Iora? Where are you?" He barked. He knew that she was very close nearby

“I’m on the other side of this clear stuff” she responded

 

[Starburst]

"Oh! There you are! Iora, I have some really bad news..." Blizzard began

Iora sighed “what?”

 

[Starburst]

"I-I was captured by humans and put in a Thunderbear. The Thunderbear was resting when I got out of it, and I wandered onto a path...a Thunderbear hit me. I was taken to this big building, and some nice people talked to me...I fell asleep, and when I woke up...Iora, when I woke up, I found that I didn't have my back legs. They're...gone." Blizzard said

Iora felt sick “that means you can’t come back to the wild! They won’t let you go” she let out a sob

"I-I know, Iora. But I can't leave you either. I don't know what to do." Blizzard choked back his own sob
