Your creating an unhealthy work environment, I could report you for bully a member of our staff. You have absolutely no say in his job. That’s for me and the board to discuss, the only reason I haven’t fired you on the spot is your a good vet and a loyal friend. Now you may go continue with your job while I have a word with Thomas”
