Osprey caught the scent of a young male. She stopped, ears erect, and raised her tail. The scent wasn’t too old. They could follow it right to him. She gestured to the other wolves to come and check out the scent. “No more talking,” she muttered, “we want to sneak up on this prey-stealer.”
