Mitts came back to camp with her collar in tow. She went into her den to hide it and came back out, looking for something to do.

Dove had the rabbit cornered in the den now, and with her brother not responding she assumed he was probably still talking to Blizard or busy with something else. She didn't know what to do, or how to catch it, "Can anyone help me?" she called, "I don't know how to catch a rabbit!" she said mostly to herself.

Mitts looked over at the pup. She walked over to see what she had done. ‘ Do you need help catching the rabbit?’ She asked, eyeing the poor bunny huddled in the corner.

"Yes," said Dove, "I don't know how to hunt," she admitted, embarresed, and once more aware that her brother far surpassed her in many areas of wolfness, since he had already been on a hunt with the pack before!

Mitts looked at the rabbit. There was no way the little pup could kill it without causing it immense pain and suffering. She lifted up her wooden leg and bonked it on the head, making it go unconscious. ‘ Now that it’s asleep, you can go and bite it on the neck to kill it.’

( hey that’s how mitts hunts and fights. she bonks everything on the head with her wooden stick leg. if life gives you a stick leg you bonk things on the head with it.)
