Blizzard paced back in forth in front of the den. He growled slightly from boredom, but what else could he do? Even though he wasn't at the bottom of the pack, he was young, and he couldn't defy a Betta. He flopped on the ground and sighed.
 
He glanced around camp. No one was around. No one would see him. Getting up, he trotted to the food, pile, ate some food, and drank some water from the stream. Then he went into the forest, hoping to find something fun to pass the time. Besides, he thought. No one's around. No one will know that I'm gone.

Blizzard glanced back at her. Lowering his voice, he said, "But you don't deserve to be here. You're a wolf too, but the others seem to be treating you like that big settlers camp, where there are all those animals behind bars. You deserve to be free, and I might just let you out to escape anyway." He said
 
Blizzard spotted a squirrel and ran after it. No romping in the woods, Osprey had said. He chuckled. Lucky for him, Osprey was probably still asleep and wouldn't even know he was gone. He felt rebellious, but he also felt excited.
 
Aurora stared into space, thinking. Being blind had always been hard, but being paralyzed was harder then she wanted to admit. She sighed. I just want to be able to get up, get my own food, and be able to walk with Marsh, not sit here and be useless, she thought
