Mitts didn’t like how Falcon was looking at the other wolves, and decided he needed some food too. She brought him some elk to see if he would feel better about it.

Falcon gave her a hard stare. However, seeing that Shark had already eaten, he dipped his head and began stripping the meat.

Shark walked over to sapphire and laid down next to her. "It's weird trying to be a higher ranking wolf." She whispered.

Sapphire turned on her back instinctively, and then, burying her head in the dirt, and whispered, "I feel more comfortable as an Omega, I don't want to be of a higher rank"

Mitts saw her expression, and felt bad. Maybe Sapphire would eat if she did first? She pretended to take a bite of elk, to show her it was okay.

Sapphire saw Mitts kind gesture, but she still refused. She always ate last. And she was going to keep it that way. Being treated higher-ranked made her feel like she didn't belong.
