Sapphire stood in front of Dove. She watched as the Settlers surrounded them

(Dove is in a cage in a settlers hand rn, sorry I didn't explain this earlier, that's the thing that was preventing her from traveling that she could see through, partly)

(You may have missed it, but Swift knocked your cage open. I guess you didn't leave it though. )

Sapphire stared at the settlers, and a growl rose in her throat

(OH! Didn't realize that XD I must've left the thread before that, IDK how that could happen but I'll run with it.) Dove cowered in the object, afraid to go out because a human was pointing that black and grey stick at her and yelling at her menacingly, and dazed from the fall, but relieved she was no longer suspended in mid-air. She looked at Sapphire, hoping for some guidance

Sapphire looked at Dove. "Stay quiet, it's going to be okay," Sapphire murmured. She barked at the settlers, getting their attention on herself.

Dove ventured an aggressive yip, and subsequently there was a loud BOOM again that left her ears ringing, (is this just a warning shot or does Sapphire get shot? How are they going to catch her?)

Sapphire looked at Dove. "Stay quiet, it's going to be okay," Sapphire murmured. She barked at the settlers, getting their attention on herself.

Opps thought Dove, instantly blaming herself, though it may have been Sapphire's barking that caused the shot to be fired, Dove cowered deeper in the object.

(I think Sapphire will let them in order to protect Dove from getting shot)
The settlers walked forward, gathering around them. One of them pointed a gun at Dove and looked threateningly at Sapphire. Another grabbed her, jerking her into a cage. She didn't say a word, hoping to protect Dove if she let herself be taken.
