Lana watched as the wolf turned her back and began to walk off. "Please, don't go!" she barked. "I apologize if I said something I oughtn't have." She did not want to be off to a bad start with these newcomers; she really did have good intentions.

Lana smiled at Wild, then became worried as she turned again to Mitts. "Goodness...25 feet..." she thought, glancing up at the cliff edge. "She does appear to be badly injured, I'm afraid. She could comprehend my words, but was unable to respond to me."
