"Yeah, I'm just sorta coming up with ideas. Do you have any? Here are mine.

1. Not eating any food for a few days.
2. Being attacked my omegas and not defending himself.
3. Being put out of the pack.
4. Not having permission to get a mate even if he wants one. (Not likely anyone will like him though.)

I can't really think of anything else right now..."

Lana woke and stretched her legs, tightening her muscles and then relaxing with a sigh. "Are you awake, Glacier?" she asked.

"Hmm, that might be good. Explain what you have in mind." She nuzzled him.

He grinned. "Well, what if we put him off food for several days, he had to play with the pups and be nice to everyone, or else he gets attacked by the omegas, and he can't do anything."
