I hope to make a carreer of writing some day! I have written a few books I hope to get published. Anyways, is anyone on rn? I'm surprised nobody's rped all day...)"Sure!" said Dove, relieved she could finally do something, but then what he'd said sunk in, "catch a fish?!" making quite the odd face.Kasper walked up to his sister, Dove. "I'm going to catch a fish in the stream," he announced. "Want to come?"
"But why would you want to catch one? They look slimy and smell awful, you aren't going to eat them, are you?""Why not?" asked Kasper, waving his tail and swiveling one ear. "It's a stream. There ought to be fish in it. They don't live on land, you know."
"Interesting" said Dove, thinking for a moment "I don't think I'll eat one, but seeing as I'm bored we might as well go down to the stream, if for nothing else than to drink.""Sure, during salmon season the pack sometimes eats them," Kasper said, assuming a learned air. "I heard one of the big wolves say so once."
(Alaskan wolves do eat salmon.)
At this, Kasper jumped up and began trotting towards the stream, feeling independent and very much pleased with himself. Once he reached his destination, he tentatively dipped a paw into the clear, frigid waters. "Ack! It's cold!" he yipped, quickly withdrawing his foreleg. "You try, Dove!""Interesting" said Dove, thinking for a moment "I don't think I'll eat one, but seeing as I'm bored we might as well go down to the stream, if for nothing else than to drink."
Dove followed her brother out of camp, and to the stream. At his reaction to the water, she said, "Why should I? This was your idea, and you can't even put your paw in the water! I'm going to do the sensible thing and get a drink," she walked over to the stream and lowered her head and lapped at the refreshing water. At this, Kasper jumped up and began trotting towards the stream, feeling independent and very much pleased with himself. Once he reached the stream, he tentatively dipped a paw into the clear, frigid waters. "Ack! It's cold!" he yipped, quickly withdrawing his forearm. "You try, Dove!"
