She sighed, nobody could know. She had to push her feeling out of the way and focus on the work, “I can’t let him get to me” she whispered but broke off when she noticed Ava was still in the room

Ava smiled. "Don't worry about it. You let Jason go. You did what you thought was best. As you said, don't let him get to you. He's gone now, and, hopefully, you'll never see that crook again. Who knows? Maybe he wasn't a criminal." She turned towards the door

“Well bye Ava” Sam turned her attention back to the computer which sat on her wooden desk, she began to type.
wolf - Brent
History- he was struck by a car on the highway locally and it crushed the fragile bones in his back legs, They had to amputate his back legs. We have since reunited him with other wolves found in this local area, one in particular - Zoey- has not left his side. I am wondering if she may have been from the same pack as him, but it is not very likely.
medical conditions- prosthetic back legs, working in higher tech better quality to attach soon.
Ideas for the future- we think if we can find him better prosthetics he can be returned to the wild with a tracker device.
Vet who operated- Keith
Vet in charge currently- Samantha

"Bye, Samantha!" Ava called over her shoulder. Then she suddenly turned back. "Anything you want me to do?"
 
Frost paced around in camp. Shark had left to find the wolves that had been captured, but she'd never come back. I hope she's alright, he thought. Frost walked over to the food pile and glanced at it. They needed more meat. He let out a howl, hoping one or two of the wolves would at least notice.
