(Aurora is waiting for Marsh to respond to her question about what’s going on lately...right now, Blizzard, Iora, Spring, Mitts, Shark, Flame, and Sapphire are at the center, and Daisy, Dove, and Praw snuck off to find out what happened to them. And yeah, that's the summary)
 
Frost growled at himself. So far, he’d been doing a terrible job taking the roles of both Alphas. How does Shark do it? He wondered. Frost hoped that Shark would return soon. He glanced at the food pile. There was barely anything left, and what was there was beginning to spoil. I’m going to try to organize a hunt again, and this time, I’m not going to fail. He thought, determination in his eyes. Standing on a rock, he howled. ”Listen up, everyone who is still here! We need more meat, so we're going on a hunt. Please step forward if you're interested in joining the hunt with me. I hope to get a moose, so we need everyone who is able.” he glanced at Aurora, knowing that she couldn't help

Kasper took several surprisingly large leaps forward, then skidded to a disappointed halt, suddenly remembering that he was only a pup. He frowned, then continued forward. Maybe someone will be nice enough to let me come along, he thought. I've been on a hunt before, with Sapphire...but I don't see her anywhere.

Frost was slightly surprised to see Kasper step forward, but he smiled. ”Are you ready for a hunt?” he asked. ”Forgive me, but I was wondering how old you are now? You are welcome to join regardless.”
