GLW pullet or cockerel?

Golden laced wyandotte. Almost 6 weeks old. Gender guesses please.

I'm thinking cockerel on this one. So cute!

Wyandottes are hard, though, because they pink up quickly.

Isn’t that the point of it being a gender guess?? 4 weeks old is not a recommended age to sex. Notice how I said “leaning” toward a pair. Notice how @TheOddOneOut said “most likely”

4 weeks is too young to guarantee anything (in this breed), so don’t expect it to be 100% accurate. Now you know why I don’t like sexing youngins.

Agreed! It was very young at that point. Also hadn’t really started developing. It’s hard to be very accurate.

There are many responsible ways you can deal with a cockerel. You can rehome or butcher. Its a personal decision
