GLW roo with single comb?

This is, we are pretty sure, a 10 wk old GLW roo but because "he" has a single comb, we aren't certain. He has beautiful lacing so we don 't want to dispatch him until we are sure- any help with certainty??

I don't have experience with this particular breed, but it looks like a pullet to me.

The comb screams roo because of it's size. Everything else looks like a pullet. Single comb birds are just a sign of bad breeding. He SHOULD have a rose comb being the breed (GLW). I do believe that the saddle feathers will come soon. In my opinion, it is a rooster (Cockerel).
