Maybe we should all wear a shirt that says "Contains GMO" if we were not breast fed as infants or Mom and Dad ate GM food.

If it has GMO in it it should say so. If it does not then it should be able to say that. How hard of a concept is this?


You seem to be working on the concept that when coke or who ever goes to buy corn they dont know what they are getting. They do. They have the option to buy ether. An we as farmers grow what they choose to buy. Supply an demand.

Just like in say Japan where they label now, company's chose an ether buy GMO or not an there label reflects that. It is not complicated.

Depends if you use ethanol from GMO corn. Your car may die.

In japan they are not mixed.

In the US some is an some is not. Non organic is mixed with GMO because the labeling system calls them the same. Organic is separated.

An a lot of what is exported is not mixed because or the other country's laws.

If the labeling does say it is GMO corn I would like to know which genes are modified. If it is a higher amino acid level I don't mind but if it is from a pig for some odd reason I kind of do. Depending on the gene from the pig that was used.

I think that would be like artificial sweeteners. The label would say "artificial sweeteners" an you would have to go to there website or to other research to see which ones.
