Gnat bites still swelling?

My little Rhode island red was getting attacked by gnats earlier this week and they were biting her face, so I brought her inside so she could heal. She's been inside for 4 days and has been staying pale so I started to give her electrolytes and nutri drench. And now she is swollen? Should I put something on the bites or give her something?

You may be dealing with fowl pox which is spread by mosquitoes and other small insects. It lasts about 3 weeks and most recover. The dry form causes scabs on the skin, and the more serious wet form of pox can cause lesions inside the beak, throat, airway, and digestive system. You can look inside the beak for any yellow lesions. There is no treatment. Some paint scabs with Betadine, and if eyes are runny, plain neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment can be applied twice a day. Do her pupils appear round in both of her eyes and is the color the same?

Yes her eyes look the same they're nice and clear

I was just wondering since the picture seems to show an oval shaped pupil and some faded color. As long as the pupil is round, and both eyes are normal color, that is great.

Her pupils have always been oval in shape but the color of her eyes are like a golden color it doesn't show it in the picture but now her cone is pale and I did look in her mouth to see if there was any sores in her mouth there was not

The pupils should be round. Do any of your others have pupils that are like that or irregular shaped? I would make sure that she is esting and drinking. Offer her some feed and water, and scrambled egg, tuna, or sunflower seeds are nutritious treats. Check her skin all over and especially under her vent between the legs for any lice or mites.
