Long day today. Morning full of patients.... lots of drill, fill and bill.

After work, went with my boys to practice our quartet for the funeral on Saturday.

I then taught my class in Spanish this evening. Todo paso bien.

Tomorrow I work from 7AM to 12:30PM and then I'll hike up Camelback Mountain. You can google the trail I'll be hiking on the west side of the mountain.

Hens only gave us 8 eggs today. Lazy girls.

I had a grapefruit for breakfast. Veggie soup for lunch and a skinny cow. Also downed a couple of cashews.
