Sorry but there's a lot of dried iodine on the feathers but you get an idea of the colour. There is no smell or discharge.
 
Do you have her separated from other animals? I would keep her isolated and pluck the feathers around the wound.
Goanna bites have some nasty stuff in them. Hope your girl makes it okay the green is likely just bruising, look out for any red swelling or pus (yellow or white).
 
I do have her separated and will pluck the feathers in the morning. Fingers crossed. She's made it this far.
 
You can soak her wound in a betaine wash or an Epsom salt wash (once it has stabbed over)
After 24 hours you can do warm compresses. The easiest way is to put some rice in a sock or pillow case, knot it up and put in the microwave for a minute at a time, making sure it's not too hot to the touch.
