Goat not eating grain and soft stool

I think I'm going up to tsc. About 40 min drive but her stool worries me. Everything I read says it's usually in young goats. But it can be found in older ones. Is this a vet treatment or can we do this at home? My vet retired and not really any in my area

I would use the liquid type. You will have to read the label of your safe guard as well. I know with our cydecton it is alright to do both but we don't use safe guard (fembendazole).
You should have the stool sent to a lab. Doesn't cost that much here in our area.
Not aware of any goat vets in the area. Not sure who send it to. I'll check backyard herd also

If her eyelids and gums are still pink I would recommend laying off the grain for a few days. She might have eaten to much grain and it causing her to bloat and mess with her rumen. I normally only feed grain every 3 days. When they are at last stage of birthing or have babies on ground I give them a high protein grain every other day. It is best to not deworm them if they don't have worms because the worms will get immune to the dewormer. So if pink I don't deworm.

sometimes if the alfalfa is super fresh it can cause scours. at least in large consumption.
But if have no vet to take it to at the moment is corid still safe?
yes..For Coccid.: Liquid CORID.. 3oz Corid into 16oz water. Then drench 30cc per 100lbs of goat. 5 day course.
You can wait for a second opinion as well. I am not a vet. I am just repeating the instructions from our vet.

It is best to deworm with 2 different types at the same time also. Then do it again 7 days later. I use Safeguard at .6ml per 25 lbs, and ivomec injection given oral at 1cc per 25 lbs. That normally clears them up and I do the second dose at 7 days to kill off any that have hatched during the process.

Just wish my vet was still around too. BYH tells me my verification code is invalid and won't let me sign up try again in s little. in guessing the corid and wormer I can get at tsc. I wish there was another vet in the area. If I grab the corid while a wait for a second opinion at least they would be on hand. Sounds like maybe an item to add to their emergency kit

Is there only liquid? It will be hard to ensure only she gets 16 oz or will drink it all at once but I've gotta try. She's not too bad off now but I know they can go down quick
