The picture doesn't show what I need to see in order to give an opinion. In a pregnant doe, the vulva is usually puffy. Also, starting when the doe is about three months along, you will see changes in the udder. Look at the rear udder where it joins the body. It will start to fill and grow at that point.

There is no way to tell for sure other then a pregnancy test (blood drawn). Goats can get precocious udders and produce milk without being bred (usually in good milking lines). If her udder continues to grow and her vulva gets puffy, she is probably bred. Also they go into heat every 21 days, so if she does not go in heat that is another sign she may be bred. Good luck.

Goats come into heat every 21 days during the breeding season. For dairy goats that is from September through February. They do not cycle the rest of the year.

Nigerian dwarf goats and African Pygmy goats are year round breeders
True, but I've found that my does (ND) have very mild heats in the summer and it's normally hard to tell when they go into heat from around June to early September. Even the bucks aren't interested during that time.
