Goat throwing up and feeling ill

Well there I go making a big fuss over small things. She seems so much better tonight. Running to the hay like she's so hungry. Guess the charcoal was enough.
She makes me crazy sometimes because she had a rough start and always stayed a bit smaller and more frail than her "cousins ". And she's the only goat who acts SICK when they are where as the others try to hide it more. Lost her mom less than a week old bottle fed sweetheart who had a rough start so she has a special place in my heart and I worry quick with her
Phew! I'm happy she is okay!

I did check her throat even though she seemed to feeling better just in case. Seemed normal. So if she seems on the up in the morning I'll feel confident
Thank you all for your responses because I learned some new things and I love learning as much as sharing knowledge from lessons learned

I did leave baking soda and she wanted nothing to do with it when I left it and not sure if she got some today... one bowl disturbed but looks like it was knocked over by goats being goats.
I tried offering baking soda before the AC
Well sorry but I mix mine in the baby kid feed they eat each morning or every few days.
