Her poops are more squished together lumps than normal goat berries. They've been like this off and on since I got her, but in the last few days it's constant. Normally I wouldn't worry, but I saw a Facebook post with the same issue and 2 days late the goat was down in the field with a temp of 90.
She is pregnant although not sure when the due date is and I'm very worried about hypocalcemia. She gets about 1 and 1/4 cup of goat pellets (not sweet) daily, 2 cups of alfalfa pellets, free choice alfalfa hay, and loose minerals.

Are you able to take a fecal sample to the vet for a float to check for parasites?

ETA: there is a sister site to BYC called backyard herds.
Fecals were done last week and came back clean
I tried to join backyard herds but my phone resets the page everytime so I gave up

If she is alert, has a normal temperature, and is eating and drinking normally, it is probably nothing to worry about.

Just a comment. If the goat is eating and drinking normally, is alert, and seems otherwise healthy, this does not seem like much of a problem to me. I fed alfalfa, both hay and pellets almost exclusively for years and I never had any digestive issues because of it nor did I know anyone who did. That said, I did have a goat or two that had clumpy stools and it turned out they had Johnes. A goat can be infected with Johnes for years before symptoms appear. If you are concerned about it you can have her tested, but chances are the goat is fine. Tests for Johnes can either be with an ELISA (blood sample) or a fecal.
