GODZILLA CHICKENS

My DH has renamed the Cornish Rock X we bought from MMH to the Godzilla Chickens. We bought 25 of them and 25 of the Leghorn barbecue special. They are 1 week and 2 days old today. To see them standing next to the Leghorns is SCARY !!!
They are HUGE !! Please pray for us as this is our first time to raise meat birds and all is going well. Growing up we raised our own chickens for eggs and meat but this is DH first venture to the WILD.

Love all the advice on this website from other " Chicken Hobbyist". I will try to post pics this week !!!

For those fat cornish X's, you might want to go with Gamera Chickens instead...lol just funnin'

I have to admit, I find them very impressive. Of all my birds, my Dark Cornish are the most handsome to me. They of course have a lot of Aseel in them. I really like the upright carriage.
