Going away for 3 days

I'm going to beach tomorrow, thursday, and come back on friday.

I currently have 38 days (5weeks and 3days) old 6 button quails.

I change them once in three days so I'm not worried about bedding while I'm gone.
I always give them plenty of food so I'm not worried about that either.
The thing is that they always poop in the water so I clean the water twice a day.

Is it okay for them to drink not so clean water?

I don't know why they poop in water..

Birds love to poop in water. And drinking it is a good way to get cocci and other diseases. Raise the waterer up on something so that it is at their chest level. Just high enough for them to reach in and get a drink of water but not turn around and poop in it. Make sure it won't tip over while you are gone.
