I've been hand turning this particular batch of eggs for 3 days, was wondering if it's okay to put them in an auto turner?

Go ahead. You'll just have to take them out of the turner in 15 days anyways. :p

The op had their eggs in for 3 days already, so 3 + 15 = 18 days.

Take eggs out of the turner on day 18. :p
