Going to have to Cull One of my RIR's

I would get some BluKote and put that on her - put her in a single cage where the others cannot get to her. I hope she pulls through for you!

Here is their coop, its 10x10 (currently all the openings are closed off with clear corrigated panels for the winter)

Do they not have access to the run?

Yes they do, they have a pop door that i made for them in the gate/door of the coop. They can go oin and out at will. The pen is also now twice as large as shown

If she was mine I'd put her in a kennel/cage...smear it with blu-kote or even neosporin, bandage, give antibiotics in the water and let her heal...once she's healed get her a saddle or re-home her...they are very resilient so i think you should give her a chance.

Separate her, feed her well, and she will heal just fine. You can use bluecote or an antibiotic cream if you feel it's necessary. I wouldn't give her oral antibiotics, they will destroy her normal gut bacteria, and she doesn't need any more stress now.

I had something very similiar with one of my hens. I applied BluKote everyday for a couple weeks. Kept her in a dog crate. babied her a bunch. It was amazing how she healed with the wound she had. Probably will have to watch her close when she goes back to her friends.

I've had hens with the skin on their necks torn off and more from their backs from fights with predators over their chicks. I would spray the blue kote on them and almost all healed on their own and still raised their chicks. There's a good possibility that she can heal , but they may start picking on her as soon as you put her back in. Maybe you could give her to somebody who would want her just as a pet. YOu could put her on craigslist or something. Hate to see you cull her if she has a good chance of surviving. But if you feel that's best in her case , I understand that too. Sorry you have to make that choice.
