If you know how to use the calculator, it's much easier to explain there. lolI don't want to hijack your post, but am attempting to understand lacing as well. If the male has no lacing and the female does, does this mean no lacing in the F1? Would you need to mate the F1 back to the laced female to get the lacing? Or is it even more complicated? Thanks!
Also, I can see why you are in love with gold laced splash orpingtons, they are gorgeous!!
I don't...the calculator is almost like trying to learn calculus...and I did NOT do well in calculus haha. It's okay if it's too much to explain, I was just curious! If you know how to use the calculator, it's much easier to explain there. lol

If you click on show examples under the picture just pulls up pictures. Hover over them to see what they actually are, but this should be fairly straightforward.Lavender Ameraucana rooster over a lavender laced English Orpington.
