Golden comet comb not growing.

I have 5 chickens. 2 Rhode island reds, 2 golden comets and an Easter egger. The two reds and one comet produce an egg everyday for about 3-4 weeks now. The last golden, has not stated laying any eggs and her comb has not grown out. Any thought on why the one golden comet is far behind the rest? All bought at same time.

They all develop/mature at different rates. She'll lay when she is ready.
