Golden Cuckoo Marans

When do they get their golden color in the hackles? I have some hatched early Sept, without a sign of Copper at all!

Sent you an email the other day and just resent it in case for some reason it didn't go thru??

My single dose barred's did not even start expressing any gold till they were going on 4 months old. Even then it was very slow to come in but really came on by time they were 7 months old. Slowly starts to show around the neck then in the saddle area and eventually the wings.
