I realize it's not your goal, but I kind of like the Gold Mottled Roo as well.

Yes, the gold mottled where very pretty, however they were a few generations back and I no longer have them. I also have some birchen colored Orpingtons from this breeding project and some wheaten colored from the Lemon Blue project. These projects have been a lot of work but very interesting. I have put these and the silver laced birds on a back burner to work on the Golden Laced and Lemon Blue. Just not enough space and time for all of them.
