Golden Laced Wyandotte Question

I have a Golden Laced Wyandotte, Missy, and she is approximately 12 weeks old (?)
Can you please look at these photos and tell me if you think there is something wrong with
her neck. I had one person tell me it was just her crop, but is definitely on her left side/shoulder area of her neck. What could it be? She has always had an area there that was larger, even as a 4 day chick, so it isn't an impacted crop, because it has been there for all these weeks. She acts fine, not lethargic or anything.

Hard to tell through all those feathers but I can see it looks bigger. Give her a good feel - rub each side of her and see if there are lumps under there, where they are, if they are hard, soft, spongy, moveable. Also if she reacts in any discomfort/pain when you do touch the area. If you can wet down the area so the feathers will spread and you can see the skin, does the skin look normal?

She doesn't act like touching it hurts....No color change under area. Kinda of hard, but moveable.

It is difficult to say what is going on. Is the abnormality skeletal? Or is it a musculature abnormality? Could the crop be on the opposite side? (This last thing is not unheard of throughout the animal kingdom. There is an old tale of a guy who was stabbed in the chest, but survived because his heart and corresponding vessels happened to be on the wrong side of his chest. Lucky him.) I am thinking that (whatever it is) it is a hatch defect, and likely will be fine, but it would be reassuring to you to figure out what system it affects. So, can you tell us more about it? Does it feel like a growth? If so, it is moveable? Does it have edges?

It kinda flattens out when she straightens/stretches her neck. I have never felt edges.
It is definitely moveable. I always thought her shoulder/wing was involved. Ever since she was
just a couple of days old it seemed odd there, and the older she gets it appears more pronounced.

So, is it part of the muscle that moves the wing? Like the trapezius muscle in humans?

I don't really think it is a muscle, of course, I don't know that. Perhaps it is since it changes when she straightens her neck out. It is hard, but will move if you press on it.
Missy doesn't really mind you messing with it, but gets annoyed with you after a few minutes.

I can now tell for sure that it is a bone. Not sure if it out of place/over developed, or if the other side is underdeveloped.
But it doesn't seem to bother her at all. it just is very odd looking.
