Golden Laced Wyandotte Thread!

What are the variances I should start seeing between pullet and cockerel development for GLW? I have 4 and so far they are all very similar. One seems to be darker overall but the comb is small and pale.

The other three have exactly the same coloring but one has a slightly broader comb that is starting to change colors.

First GLW I ever had. These things feather so weird to me. Some are feathering good. Some have such LONG legs they look like an Ostrich. LOL. And one isn't feathering hardly at all. All the same age.

See what I mean. See no feathers. LOL


This one I'm sure is a hen.


It won't stand up. But has very long legs.

Hi everybody! Ill join in! I set a dozen mixed dottie eggs along with lots of EEs and a few others and got these beauties! I'm praying for at least one pullet in the bunch. Here they are at a few days old-

And here is the one with my broody at a week and some old

And the others Im brooding lol!

I'm having some trouble telling the different varieties apart. Is this a GLW or a BLRW you think?

Ill try to keep updating pics! Hoping I get some nice birds!
