Golden Phoenix bantam? Please help!

Thanks..... I am also starting to see what looks like a comb growing on my Phoenixs. It is yellow and very small. Is it a comb?

I purchased these as chicks from a hatchery, they were sold as Golden Pheonix. I love them. They were hatched last May, so not quite a year yet. They are larger than other bantams, but smaller than my other standard breeds.
