I brought home a lethargic, weak chick last Saturday. I’ve enclose a picture of how he looked when I was pushing fluids in a teaspoon. The next day he was revived (second photo “Taylor”) but he has a goofy stance, short wings, and he’s wobbly. I have 4 others from the same brooder. They all have long wings, lower stance, and longer bodies. They are not wobbly at all. I’ve included a picture of one of them. (Riley)
My question is, do you think he was just dehydrated or is there something wrong with him? He’s eating, drinking and pooping on his own. He’s growing and is stronger, but he is wobbly. The other four look so different. Could it be a gender difference? Any input is appreciated!
