We do have blue and lavender ice American goslings we are going to keep this year. Only because of their color not being common like the buffs.

Now you know that's a silly question. We only breed those that should be. the Americans are hard to mess up though unlike some of the other breeds.

LOL, I thought so!! Thats how I am with my welsh harlequins, I don't mess around with that breed.

Do you think I will get worth while babies from meters?? I don't want/need SQ, but I don't want some that look like mutts....

I believe John Metzer bought some of HWF buff Americans to add to their flock. Pretty sure you will be happy with them. SQ, maybe, maybe not, but worth looking at and keeping? Most likely a huge yes.

I still stand by the statement you NEED to buy the SOP book to use as reference.

Great!! I'd like to keep all 4 as breeders, and I'm REALLY hoping for 2 pairs, but we will see I guess.
