harry potters pretty good. ive read the entire series. its a lengthy series to take on though. 7 books all at least an inch thick

Books by Elizabeth George Speare, Eloise Jarvis Mcgraw, Donita K. Paul, Gary Blackwood, Brian Jacques, Sharon Creech, Catherine Meyer, JRR Tolkein, CS Lewis, Mark Twain, Louisa May Alcott, LM Montgomery, Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters, and Bodie Thoene are my favorites. I just read them over and over they're so good. Plus I can't hardly find anything else that isn't trash.

Bloody Jack Adventures
(1) Bloody Jack --- This begins the tale of Mary Faber, an orphan child who was taken into a gutter gang in Cheapside, London. Knowing that she was doomed to death and dissection Mary was determined to better herself by boarding the HMS Dolphin as a ship's boy. Mary is taken on as Jack and assigned to the ship's teacher as an assistant because she can read and write.
Life aboard a the Dolphin is fascinating to Jacky and she thrives on the sea. She's faced with the challenge of keeping her womanhood a secret while being one of the boys. Here begins the romance between Jacky & Jaimy (another ship's boy). As to not give all away, Jacky is instrumental in the capture of a French Pirate, found out to be a girl, then sent to Boston to begin a new life as an educated woman.

(2) Curse Of The Blue Tattoo --- After being put off in Boston, Jacky is forced to attend the Lawson Peabody School for girls. Her money from being ship's boy and the pirate prize money has been put toward her tuition at Mistress Pimm's school. Jacky is no lady - she's a sailor, so you can imagine how hard things were for her at Pimm's school. She's pretty much demoted to serving girl right off. She doesn't know how to fight like a girl or how to be conniving and evil, but in her own way she let's her personality shine through. Jacky makes an impressive ghost to haunt the evil reverend next door. She takes up with Gully, a drunken musician, do performances with her penny whistle. A handful of the school's girls take to Jacky and they are fast friends. Jacky truly never belongs in Boston and after giving the reverend his just desserts and burning down a good portion of Boston she hightails it out of there aboard a whaler to make her way to London and back to Jaimy.

I loved Straydog by Kathe Kujo. Cracker by Cynthia Kadohota (sp?) It's a super easy read, but Happily After All was a good book. "But What About Me?" was realllly good. "Hello World, It's Katie" is also an easy read, but good.

Oh and if you like Stephen King, Rose Red was awesome, and Desperation. (poor kitty)

Definitely read the Maximum Ride series. There are 4 books I think and I'm reading the newest one.

I would also recommend the Harry Potter and Twilight series, but it may depend on what you like.

One series that I started in Jr. High (now gunna be a Junior) is the Warriors series. It's about the life of some feral cats that live in clans. VERY LONG series, but fairly easy to read. Lot's of action, romance, and suspense. Gee, who knew cats could be so fun
